Return Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
Eligible Items
- Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact
- Items must show no signs of wear, damage, alteration, or resizing
- All original documentation, certificates, and accessories must be included
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry (engraved, custom-designed, or modified pieces)
- Items that have been resized, altered, or repaired after delivery
- Earrings for pierced ears (for hygiene reasons)
- Items purchased during final sale promotions
- Gift cards and subscription memberships
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange:
- Contact us at hello@zolotojewelers.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the item in its original packaging using insured, trackable shipping
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size, metal type, or comparable piece. Exchanges are subject to availability and any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid via a buy-now-pay-later service (Affirm, PayPal Pay Later), the refund will be processed through that service according to their terms.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free return and replacement or full refund.
Gift Returns
Items received as gifts may be exchanged for store credit of equal value. The original purchaser will not be notified. Please contact us with the gift recipient's information to process.
