Shipping Policy

Shipping Within the United States

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. All jewelry shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery for your protection.

Processing & Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on whether an item is in stock or made-to-order:

• In-Stock Items: Ship within 1-3 business days. Expected delivery within 5-7 business days from order.
• Made-to-Order Items: Most custom and made-to-order pieces require 7-14 business days for production, plus 2-3 days for shipping. Estimated ship dates are provided at checkout.
• Custom Designs: Timelines vary and will be communicated during the design consultation process.

Shipping Methods

• Standard Insured Shipping: Free on all orders. Fully insured, tracked, signature required. Delivered via FedEx or UPS.
• Priority Shipping: Available for an additional fee. 2-3 business day delivery after production is complete.

Insurance

All shipments are fully insured for the purchase price. In the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit, we will replace the item or issue a full refund. Please inspect your package upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if there are any issues.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. You can also check your order status by contacting us at hello@zolotojewelers.com.

Packaging

Every piece arrives in our signature Zoloto gift packaging, including a branded jewelry box, care card, and complimentary jewelry cleaning cloth. Gift wrapping is available upon request at no additional cost.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. We plan to expand to select international destinations in the future. For international inquiries, please contact us directly.

P.O. Boxes

Due to the signature requirement and insurance on our shipments, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a street address where someone can sign for the delivery.
