Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Zoloto jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Requirements:
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags must be included
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or personalized jewelry
- Engraved items
- Items marked as final sale
- Items showing signs of wear
Refund Process:
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-10 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
