Earn While You Shine

The Zoloto Ambassador Program is open to individuals aged 18 or older with an established social media presence or website audience. Applicants must have a minimum combined following of 1,000 across their active platforms. Zoloto reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion.

Ambassadors earn commission on net sales (excluding taxes, shipping, and returns) generated through their unique referral link or discount code. Commission rates are determined by monthly sales tier: Gold (14% on $0-$5,000), Platinum (16% on $5,000-$15,000), and Diamond (20% on $15,000+). Tier status is evaluated monthly based on a rolling 30-day sales window.

Referral tracking uses a 30-day cookie window. If a customer clicks your referral link and completes a purchase within 30 days, the sale is attributed to you. If a customer clicks multiple ambassador links, the last click before purchase receives the attribution. Purchases made using your unique discount code are always attributed to you regardless of cookie status.

Commissions are calculated on the 1st of each month for the previous calendar month. Payments are issued by the 15th of each month via direct bank deposit or PayPal. The minimum payout threshold is $50. Commissions below this threshold will roll over to the following month. All payments are subject to applicable tax withholding requirements.

Ambassadors may not: (a) use paid search ads bidding on Zoloto branded terms, (b) create misleading or false claims about Zoloto products, (c) send unsolicited bulk emails or messages (spam), (d) use coupon aggregation or deal sites without prior written approval, (e) self-refer or purchase through their own link for personal use, (f) engage in any activity that could harm the Zoloto brand reputation.

Zoloto grants ambassadors a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Zoloto trademarks, logos, and product images solely for the purpose of promoting Zoloto products under this program. All provided materials remain the property of Zoloto Jewelers. Ambassadors may not alter, modify, or create derivative works from Zoloto brand assets without written permission.

Either party may terminate the ambassador relationship at any time with 14 days written notice. Zoloto may terminate immediately for violation of these terms. Upon termination, all unpaid commissions for verified sales will be paid within 30 days. Ambassadors must cease all use of Zoloto brand materials within 7 days of termination.
